We’re thrilled to announce that our workspace fit out project, Three Arlington Square, has been shortlisted as a finalist at this year’s Mix Interiors Mix Awards North
Delivered in collaboration with a fantastic project team — Chapman Taylor Architects, Wells Senior, Synergy Creativ and Elite Office Furniture — this scheme showcases what can be achieved through teamwork, design excellence and technical precision.
Acquired via competitive tender and extensive value engineering, the project delivered:
- A striking new entrance feature with canopy and glazed doors.
- A refreshed reception area and open-plan business lounge with biophilic design elements.
- A gym pod and padel court to elevate tenant wellbeing and amenities.
The transformation wasn’t without its challenges — from extensive civil and structural work to reformed retaining walls and new landscaping — but the results speak for themselves. High-spec finishes, including porcelain paving, resin-bound gravel and bespoke planting, complete this impressive workspace upgrade.
