Overview:

C&S secured the refurbishment of 21 Bedford Square through formal tender, continuing our association with The Bedford Estates.

The building, located on Bedford Square is a grade one listed building and has been sympathetically renovated to retain its period features to an exceptional standard throughout, providing stunning premium modern office space.

Our works took the building back to its original structure before undertaking a complete refurbishment. Although the interior we created took a considerable amount of time, the external elements of the building were also refurbished or replaced, this included new traditional roof coverings, new external stairs, and stone paving. Spread across multiple floors and linked to the original coach house we skilfully introduced new services across the building, upgraded the existing lift, created new tea points, enhanced existing WC’s, and preserved the principal rooms of the property.
