ONE ARLINGTON SQUARE – LEVEL 3

Overview:

Part of our original scheme at Arlington Square, the level three works were large enough to be standalone projects. We have briefly mentioned the works in our main Arlington Square showcase, however, this showcase account provides specific details of the fitout.

While the grand atrium roof and works below were taking place, both wings of level three were being fitted out – one for a tenant and one side speculatively for the landlord.

Although there is a common theme within the design principle, the tenant side incorporated its own requirements and branding, offering them a plug and play arrangement to move into. The tenant specification called for class- wining acoustic rating on the partition system amongst other significant requests.

The speculative landlord side was also finished to an extremely high standard with a one-of-a-kind feel to it.

Following the soft strip which took all of the areas back to a shell, C&S carried out all aspects of the fitout including delivery of standalone mechanical and electrical systems, large furniture packages and sleek joinery.
