ONE ARLINGTON SQUARE – GROUND FLOOR

Overview:

After the successful works to the common areas and atrium on level 3, we carried out works to part of the ground floor which covered an area of approximately 10,000ft2. 

We took the client’s brief, adapted it, and made the previous level 3 fitout that little bit better. This was an evolution from an already-fabulous product to one that had been finessed and polished. From a bare shell, we undertook all the elements to create this turnkey item for the client who was able to market the ground floor suite. 

To maximise the suite, we moved the existing security office and created a new entrance with access from the communal stairs. The space was left well-appointed with meeting rooms, communal meeting spaces and tea points, along with an indicative desk set up. 

The implemented design enabled the client to split the space in two, allowing flexibility for their sales and letting teams.  To achieve this, all the services were split into two zones but worked seamlessly as one zone should a single tenant take the whole space.
