Overview:

C&S have undertaken more than TWENTY major fitouts for Landmark, ranging from their original offices in Milton Keynes, through to Guernsey, the South West, the West Midlands and up to Scotland.

The images shown depict the typical fitouts delivered by Construction & Shopfitting Ltd in London, predominately from CAT A, but sometimes shell and core.

Our works provided adaptations to existing services or new services as required together with all partitioning, joinery and general finishes.

On behalf of the client, we orchestrated the client-direct contractors to ultimately deliver the fitout.

All projects were delivered within extremely short time frames, dealing with client changes as each project progressed. The majority of Landmark jobs were undertaken in high-rise, multi-tenanted and occupied premises.
