Overview:

C&S have undertaken more than 20 major fitouts for Landmark, creating in excess of one million square feet of office space, across England, Wales, Scotland and Guernsey. The majority of Landmark projects were undertaken in high-rise, multi-tenanted, occupied premises.

The images shown depict the typical fitouts delivered by us in London, predominately from CAT A, but sometimes shell and core. Our works provided adaptations to existing services or new services as required, together with all partitioning, joinery and general finishes.  On behalf of the client, we orchestrated the client-direct contractors to ultimately produce the fitout. All projects were delivered within extremely short time frames, dealing with client changes as each project progressed.
