Overview:

This project comprised the complete refurbishment of 7-8 Langley Court incorporating façade retention scheme, the removal of the three individual entrances and the creation of one new shopfront.

The structural works continued through to the ground, first and second floors, with strengthening works taking place to all of these floors.

The fitout works included media blasting to all exposed brickwork, a new staircase to access all floors, all new mechanical and electrical services, frontage, signage, joinery and floor coverings.

This venture provided the client with a full turnkey experience.
