Overview:

C&S secured this project after a swift tender period following the landlord’s decision to market the building following a vacant period.

Taking the client’s brief, we reworked the interiors of both floors of this building to present a white box on the ground floor and a fully functioning first floor to demonstrate to any prospective tenant or new building owner how the space could be used. The works extended to the reception, and externally the building benefited from a clean.

Following a soft strip, we reconfigured the services to suit the open plan arrangement to both floors, leaving meeting rooms on both floors. The works required us to fully decorate the interior of the building, lay new floor coverings, install a tea point and new furniture.

The project was delivered within a tight time frame and allowed the client to successfully sell the property.
