Overview:

C&S secured this project after a swift tender process following the landlord’s decision to market the building as it had been standing vacant for a period of time.

Taking the client’s brief, we reworked the interiors of both floors of this building to present a white box on the ground floor and a fully functioning first floor to demonstrate to any prospective tenant or new building owner how the space could be used.

The works extended to the reception, and externally the building benefited from a clean.

Following a soft strip, we reconfigured the services to suit the open plan arrangement to both floors including the formation of new leaving meeting rooms. The interior of the building had a full redecoration, we laid new floor coverings, installed a tea point and new furniture.

The project was delivered within a very tight time frame and allowed the client to successfully sell the property.
