The office and break out space which C&S created offers a plethora of different-style workstations, from standard desks to casual meeting rooms and lounge areas.

We secured these works to create the offices for Consensys following a rapid tender period.

The works required us to complete the fitout from CAT A to CAT B across several floors at Leonard Circus, and the fitout of the basement area. To take the space from the landlord spec to tenant spec required major modifications to all the services and upgrading to many of the electrical infrastructure items.

Across all upper floors, the centre of each floor plate was occupied with “the hub”, a timber-clad structure which housed meeting rooms and break-out spaces. This unique organic-shaped structure was created on site, allowing the design team and client to tweak the structure to suit their needs.

As part of our works, furniture formed part of our package; bespoke and off-the-shelf requirements.
