Overview:

Consensys believe that a flexible workplace can help empower people who thrive and benefit from different settings and this can also create energy for new and different conversations. The office and break out space which C&S created offered a plethora of different-styled workstations, from standard desks to casual meeting rooms and lounge areas. We secured these works to create the offices for Consensys following a rapid tender period. We were required to complete the fitout from CAT A to CAT B across several floors at Leonard Circus, and the fitout of the basement area.

To take the space from the landlord spec to tenant spec required major modifications to all services plus upgrading to many of the electrical infrastructure items. Across all upper floors, the centre of each floor plate was occupied with “the hub”, a timber-clad structure which housed meeting rooms and break-out spaces.

This unique organic-shaped structure was created on site, allowing the design team and client to tweak the structure to suit their needs. The furniture element formed part of our package including bespoke and off-the-shelf requirements.
