Overview:

Acquired through competitive tender and formal interview, C&S presented a unique workspace in the heart of Hatton Garden for Acturis.

The project was delivered in two phases and both phases incorporated additional works by the landlord outside of the fitout. Spread across multiple locations within the building, C&S created an exceptional product for Acturis, distinguishing them from other tenants. Working in secure and restrictive conditions, we stripped the existing finishes back to the shell and undertook the fitout to deliver this distinctive and individual interior scheme.

The reconfigured space included large open plan desking, an opulent reception, several meeting rooms, tea points and private phone booth-style spaces. A large communal dining area, balanced with a prayer room, were also part of the works. Although the images detail fine finishes, the works undertaken also involved a variety of structural alterations, a full mechanical and electrical package along with a substantial, bespoke joinery collection.
