Overview:

C&S secured the refurbishment of 21 Bedford Square through formal tender, continuing our association with The Bedford Estates.

The building which is located on Bedford Square, is a grade one listed building and has been sympathetically renovated to retain its period features to an exceptional standard throughout, providing stunning premium modern office space.

Our works took the building back to its original structure before undertaking a complete refurbishment. Despite the interior taking a considerable amount of time to create, the external elements of the building were also refurbished or replaced and these elements included new traditional roof coverings, new external stairs and stone paving. 

Spread across multiple floors and linked to the original coach house, we skilfully introduced new services across the building, upgraded the existing lift, created new tea points, enhanced the existing WCs and preserved the principal rooms of the property.
